Liquidity Heatmap Tab
Visualize order book depth as a color-coded heatmap and aggregate liquidity across multiple exchanges and trading pairs.
What is the Liquidity Heatmap?
The Liquidity Heatmap tab overlays real order book depth data on a price chart, showing where large clusters of buy and sell orders are concentrated at each price level over time. This helps you identify key support and resistance zones based on actual liquidity rather than price action alone.
Adding the tab
Click "+" → select Liquidity Heatmap. The heatmap will begin rendering live order book data immediately.
Reading the heatmap
- Brighter / more intense areas indicate a higher concentration of orders at that price level
- Y-axis is price, X-axis is time
- When a large cluster suddenly disappears, it usually means those orders were filled or cancelled
Multi-Exchange Aggregation
You can combine order book data from multiple exchanges to get a more complete picture of liquidity:
- Click the exchange selector in the toolbar (shows exchange logos)
- Choose Spot, Futures, or All
- Select one or more exchanges, then pick the trading pairs to add
- Added sources appear in the Combined Assets section — up to 20 sources total
The primary exchange is always locked as the first source and cannot be removed.
Sensitivity
Use the sensitivity slider to adjust how color intensity is scaled. Lowering the peak value makes smaller order clusters more visible. Raising it reduces noise and highlights only the largest concentrations.
