Sending messages
How to compose, send, reply to, edit, and delete messages.
Starting a conversation
Type your message in the input field at the bottom of the chat. Press Enter or click the send button to deliver it. Use Shift+Enter to add a new line without sending.
Click the emoji icon to open the emoji picker and insert any emoji into your message. Click the paperclip icon to attach files or images — you can attach multiple files at once. Attachments are stored securely and can be downloaded by the recipient.
Replying to a message
Hover over any message and click the reply icon. The original message will appear as a quote above your input field. Send your message normally to post it as a reply.
Editing and deleting
Hover over a message you sent and click the menu icon (⋯). Select "Edit" to modify the content — edited messages are marked with an "edited" label. Select "Delete" to remove the message permanently.
