How to check exchange status
The status chip in the bottom bar of the canvas tells you whether the exchanges Tabmydata reads are available. Click it to see each exchange marked Available or Unavailable.

How do I read the status chip?
When every exchange is available the chip reads Live. When some are not, it reads Issues and the label says "Exchange status: Partial outage".
How do I see which exchange is down?
- Click the status chip.
- A list shows each exchange with Available or Unavailable.
- Click Refresh to read the status again.
If a tab shows no data, check the chip first. See Data not loading.
Frequently asked questions
